Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on multi-residential or high-rise projects.
• Strong hands-on experience managing façade and external-envelope packages.
• Solid understanding of cladding systems, windows, waterproofing and external finishes.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings to identify coordination issues early.

Responsibilities

• Oversee façade and external works across a multi-residential development.
• Coordinate subcontractors for cladding, windows, waterproofing, brickwork.
• Manage trade sequencing, site access, logistics and interfaces between packages.
• Monitor quality, safety and programme milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage defects to required standards.
• Collaborate with site team and stakeholders to resolve challenges.
