Job summary

Resolver Recruitment represents a well-established construction company delivering major residential developments across Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Facade Foreman to manage and coordinate facade works, ensuring external elements are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will oversee external cladding, glazing, waterproofing, coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, maintain WHS, and work with Site Managers to keep projects on program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facade Foreman or Foreman overseeing facade works.
• Experience on mid-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of facade installation, external cladding, glazing and waterproofing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong WHS knowledge and site safety practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver quality work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facade works across major residential projects.
• Coordinate facade subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Oversee external cladding, glazing, windows, waterproofing and facade systems.
• Monitor facade installation, workmanship and quality control.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and programs.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays.
• Coordinate inspections, defects and rectification works.

The Role:

Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating facade works, ensuring the external elements of the project are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day facade works across major residential construction projects
• Coordinating facade subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Overseeing external cladding, glazing, windows, waterproofing and associated facade systems
• Monitoring facade installation, workmanship and quality control
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with construction drawings, specifications and project programs
• Identifying and resolving site issues to minimise delays
• Coordinating inspections, defects and rectification works
• Maintaining WHS standards and ensuring safe work practices
• Working closely with Site Managers, engineers and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Facade Foreman who understands the complexities of major construction projects and can confidently manage subcontractors and external works. To be considered, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Facade Foreman or Foreman overseeing facade works
• Essential experience working on at least mid-rise residential or commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of facade installation, external cladding, glazing and waterproofing systems
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing construction programs
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• A strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• A proven ability to deliver quality work while meeting project deadlines

Experience working on large-scale, multi-storey residential developments will be highly regarded.
