Job summary

Hire Cott Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Façade Design Manager/Senior Design Manager to lead façade design and technical coordination across major projects valued at $20M+. The role combines design and project coordination, working with Tier 1 builders, architects and an offshore design team.

You will operate from Sydney, support a local façade coordinator, and travel to ACT/interstate sites as needed. Strong experience in façade systems and NCC compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong façade design and coordination capability
• Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare or government projects
• Proven ability to lead design coordination with Tier 1 builders and consultants

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design and technical coordination across major projects
• Attend design coordination meetings with Tier 1 builders, architects and consultants
• Coordinate with international design and drafting teams on development and compliance
• Manage RFIs, design changes and project documentation
• Mentor local façade design/coordinator resources
• Travel to ACT or interstate projects as required
