Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking skilled Fabricators/Welders for workshop-based roles in Blacktown, NSW. You will perform structural fabrication, MIG welding on mild steel, read and interpret drawings, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a busy workshop environment.

Day shifts start at 6am with overtime at penalty rates and a rewards recognition program. We value reliability, punctuality, and rigorous adherence to safety protocols in our diverse team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years post trade experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethics.
• Must follow safety protocols.
