Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder for a leading steel manufacturer in New South Wales. You will perform structural fabrication, MIG welding (mild steel and aluminium), and read and interpret technical drawings.

This role offers an immediate start, daily overtime at penalty rates, and long-term security within a teamwork‑driven culture. Eligible candidates include those with a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or with 5+ years of fabrication/welding

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
• 5+ years fabrication/welding experience if no formal trade qualification.
• Post-trade experience of 12 months if trade qualified.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural components as required.
• Perform MIG welding of mild steel and aluminium.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
