Job summary

Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club in Cumberland, NSW is seeking an F&B Team Leader to lead front-of-house operations. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will deliver friendly, efficient service, supervise floor staff, and collaborate with kitchen to meet service times and guest expectations.

Ideal candidates will have prior F&B supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and RSA/RCG competencies. This role requires flexible weekend/night shifts and a proactive approach to staff training and

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous F&B Supervisory experience.
• Wine and Beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Table service and counter service experience.
• Current or able to obtain RSA and RCG competency cards.

Responsibilities

Description:

Reporting to the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing a friendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.
• Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.
• Working with customers and kitchen to ensure service times are adhered too.
• Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.
• Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.

Skills and Experiences

The ideal person for this role will be an ambitious multi-skilled and proactive Team Member with demonstrated experience in the following:
