Job summary

DOOLEYS Clubs in Lidcombe is seeking a motivated F&B team member to deliver friendly, efficient service and ensure guest satisfaction across the dining areas. You will collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house to maintain smooth service times and uphold club guidelines.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekend and public holiday work, wine and beverage knowledge, and RSA/RCG competency.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Customer Service Experience
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have previous F&B Supervisory experience.
• Wine and Beverage knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Table service and counter service experience.
• Have a current or able to obtain RSA and RCG competency card.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional F&B service with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring guests' expectations are met.
• Coordinate with customers and kitchen to maintain service times.
• Operate and maintain restaurant and bar service equipment; conduct regular stock takes.
• Train and develop floor staff with a focus on guest experience.
• Adhere to Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.
