Job summary

Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club is seeking a dedicated F&B team member to deliver friendly, professional service across dining and bar areas with efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences under club policies.

You will work rotating shifts including weekends and evenings, develop floor staff, and bring knowledge of wine and beverages while maintaining service times and using appropriate systems; RSA/RCG certification is required or can be obtained.

Qualifications

• Rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• F&B Supervisory experience.
• Wine and Beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Table service and counter service experience.
• RSA/RCG competency card required or obtainable.

Reporting to the F&B Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing a friendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.
• Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.
• Working with customers and kitchen to ensure service times are adhered too.
• Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.
• Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.

Skills and Experiences:

The ideal person for this role will be an ambitious multi-skilled and proactive Team Member with demonstrated experience in the following:

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
• Customer Service Experience
• Computer literate with effencie in both Microsoft Word and Excel
• Have previous F&B Supervisory experience.
• Wine and Beverage knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Table service and counter service experience.
• Have a current or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) competency card.
