Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Dunsborough, WA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations, recruit and train staff, and lead the front and back of house teams.

You will ensure service quality, oversee rosters, and coordinate breaks to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires an RSA certificate, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a hands-on approach to staff coaching and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, train and coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Open/Close Restaurant.
• Set up FOH & BOH for daily trade.
• Customer service, use of POS.
• Preparation of hot/cold food.
• Lead a team of staff and coordinate breaks.
• Responsible for staff performance and service quality.
• Complete daily preparation, cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Close store with sales reconciliation and banking.
• Perform F&B duties for events and daily operations.
