Job summary

ibis Styles Sydney Central, part of Accor, seeks a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Mee So and our breakfast service in Sydney CBD. You will supervise two dining concepts, inspire a small team, and work on menu development within a fast-paced hospitality operation.

RSA certification and Australian working rights are required; you will thrive on guest satisfaction and continuous service improvements in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Barista and bar service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and build positive team connections.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking while delivering guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 38-hour roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A NSW RSA certificate.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise two dining experiences (Mee So and breakfast).
• Inspire and manage a talented team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate on menu development to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
