Job summary

Peppers Salt Resort & Spa Kingscliff is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team, oversee service during peak periods, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with your team to maintain high standards and deliver seamless dining experiences across venues, including Cove Bar & Poolside dining.

The role requires experience in a resort or high-volume hospitality environment, knowledge of cocktails, coffee and wine pairing, and a valid RSA or

Qualifications

• Experience in leading front-of-house teams in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to motivate staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of cocktails, coffee and food & wine pairing is preferred.
• 2 years of similar Bar/Restaurant/Resort experience is desirable.
• RSA or equivalent certification is required.
• Willingness to work across weekends/public holidays as needed.
