Job summary

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service across flagship outlets and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coach Attendants, manage daily operations, and maintain high standards of service, safety and premium hospitality.

Experience in luxury hotels, RSA certification, and a flexible roster including weekends are valued.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Food & Beverage leadership roles in luxury settings.
• Experience with premium hotel or resort outlets and premium service.
• RSA certification and hospitality qualifications are preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service across Restaurants & Bars outlets including The Fireplace, Club InterContinental, Verandah Restaurant & Bar and Lagoon Beach Club.
• Coach and motivate Attendants; deliver warm, personalised service.
• Assist rostering, workforce planning and stock control.
• Maintain service standards and support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and brand policies.
