Job summary

Minor Hotels’ Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for an evening-shift, full-time role. You will lead the restaurant and bar, develop team performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen, manage rosters, maintain RSA and hygiene standards, and strive for service excellence. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ months supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant & bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Promote and promote the property’s F&B offerings to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen during service to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and train F&B Attendants.
• Manage rostering, workflow and service standards.
• Maintain RSA, hygiene and WHS compliance.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting.
• Drive guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
