Job summary

Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing the F&B team, and promoting the property's dining offerings.

Successful candidates will have 12+ months supervisory experience, 3+ years in hospitality, and a current RSA certificate. Evening shifts and weekend work are a requirement, with opportunities for career growth within Minor

Qualifications

• 12+ months supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Solid understanding of alcohol service (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• High level of self‑motivation, confidence, and leadership capability.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Promote the property’s food and beverage offerings to guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen during service to ensure quality.
• Supervise and train Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Manage staff rostering and service standards.
• Monitor RSA, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.
