Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead the F&B team, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest service in a busy hotel setting. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will uphold brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, maximise revenue opportunities, and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.

Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required; full working rights in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars senior position, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and have a high ability to interact with guests & colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
