EY's External Security Vetting Services (ESVS) team in Australia is seeking expressions of interest from experienced external personnel security vetting practitioners to support the delivery of Australian Government security clearance assessments.

You will conduct interviews and assess complex information across Baseline, NV1, NV2 and PV levels, preparing clear, evidence-based recommendations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Candidates must be an Australian citizen with an active AGSVA clearance at NV1, NV2 or PV.
• Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) is required.
• Demonstrated experience in external personnel security vetting within Australian Government or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience conducting security interviews and personnel security assessments.
• Strong understanding of PSPF and related government vetting frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking and sound judgement.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare evidence-based assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct personnel security clearance assessments in accordance with PSPF and agency requirements.
• Manage security clearance cases across Baseline, NV1, NV2 and PV levels.
• Conduct security interviews and gather information from clearance subjects and stakeholders.
• Analyse complex and sensitive information including employment history, finances, conduct and vetting factors.
• Prepare clear, evidence-based assessments, recommendations and case documentation.
• Manage competing priorities and maintain performance against service delivery expectations.
• Apply quality assurance processes to vetting documentation and Personal Security Files.
