Job summary

EY is seeking an External Security Vetting Senior Analyst to support Australian Government clearance processes. The role requires NV1 clearance and a Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Vetting).

Qualifications

• Current NV1 security clearance as a minimum requirement.
• Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Vetting) or equivalent.
• Experience in external personnel security vetting for government or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Process Australian Government security clearances per PSPF and EY standards.
• Assess Baseline, NV1, NV2 and Positive Vetting clearance levels.
• Manage complex vetting cases including sensitive information.
• Conduct security interviews and gather information from subjects and stakeholders.
• Provide evidence-based clearance recommendations and outcomes.
• Apply quality controls to security files and documentation.
• Use electronic case management systems to manage workflows and meet SLAs.
