Job summary

CSR is seeking a commercially focused Sales Coordinator in Minto to grow market share by engaging with existing, dormant, and lost customers. You will work closely with the Account Management team to maximise opportunities, support inventory initiatives, and provide valuable market intelligence to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in exteriors/building products.
• Proven ability to grow sales from contractor engagement to order placement.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Account Managers to drive channel growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage dormant and lost customers and convert them into active purchasers.
• Identify and convert share-of-wallet opportunities within the existing active customer base.
• Drive the clearance of designated slow-moving stock lines through targeted customer campaigns.
• Propose, coordinate, and execute short-term sales promotions and strategic product initiatives.
• Provide regular market feedback, including competitor activities, products, pricing strategies, and customer insights.
• Maintain a structured call cycle, sales pipeline, and accurate weekly activity reporting.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to align customer growth strategies and maximise sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional and effective communication throughout the customer sales cycle.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ongoing training requirements.
