Job summary

AnglicareSA in South Australia is seeking compassionate Hospitality Workers for permanent part-time roles across our residential aged care sites in Adelaide. This role goes beyond cleaning and cooking; you help residents feel at home by listening to their stories and delivering warm, connected service.

You will assist with meals, housekeeping and laundry, show a welcoming presence, and work with a team to maintain high standards while documenting tasks as required. Salary packaging is available.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hospitality or any similar role.
• Certificate in Hospitality or similar will be highly regarded.
• A resident-focused mindset with the willingness to go that extra mile.
• Focus on creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home.
• Basic understanding of food safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability to work early morning/lunchtime/afternoon/evening shifts as required.
• Valid National Police check and up to date flu vaccination.

What you'll do

We currently have Permanent Part Time Hospitality Worker positions available at our residential Aged Care sites across Adelaide!

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our hospitality team. With great attention to detail, you will make our aged care site sparkle, assist with laundry duties, prepare nutritious meals and serve great food. Most importantly, with a vibrant personality, you will connect and build relationships with our residents, listening to their stories with open and supportive ears.
