Job summary

Hydrogen Group partners with a leading Australian financial services organisation to identify an experienced Investment Process Analyst to support a major transformation within Investments, focusing on exposure management and future-state operating models.

You will map current processes, design target operating models, analyse data flows, and collaborate with investment teams across asset classes using Excel, SQL and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in investment operations and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of exposure management, portfolio rebalancing and investment data.
• Proven ability to map current-state processes and design target operating models.
• Experience using investment data platforms (FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand exposure management, portfolio rebalancing, and investment operations workflows.
• Analyze investment processes, data, fund structures across asset classes.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive data quality improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to map current processes and dependencies.
• Design future-state processes and operating model targets.
• Develop change management plans for the transition.
• Collaborate with data and reporting teams on data flows.
