You will work closely with customers, freight providers and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales/logistics coordination or related role.
• Experience processing orders and providing customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process domestic and international customer orders with accurate pricing, product details, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor orders from entry through dispatch; resolve delays and update customers.
• Coordinate shipments, freight bookings, courier arrangements and export logistics.
• Prepare export documents including invoices, MTCs and REX paperwork.
• Liaise with customers, freight providers and forwarders on shipping instructions.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices; review supplier invoices and assist payment workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customers, orders and shipments.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports and provide general admin support.
