Job summary

AlphaESS Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to support end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, training sessions and webinars. The role involves coordinating schedules, venues, logistics, equipment and on-site arrangements while ensuring brand consistency across materials.

You will work closely with distributors, installers and channel partners, as well as Sales and Technical teams to deliver engaging product

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, installer training sessions, webinars and customer events.
• Coordinate event schedules, venues, registrations, logistics, equipment, promotional materials and on-site arrangements.
• Assist with exhibition booth planning, setup, dismantling and on-site event management to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage event timelines, checklists and operational details to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with distributors, installers and channel partners to organise joint marketing activities, product demonstrations, training sessions and promotional events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to coordinate event requirements, product presentations, demonstrations and attendee engagement.
• Maintain communication with channel partners and external stakeholders throughout event planning and execution.
• Liaise with event organisers, venues, booth contractors, designers, printers, logistics providers and other external suppliers.
• Coordinate production and delivery of event materials including brochures, banners, displays, giveaways, promotional merchandise and branded assets.
• Obtain supplier quotations, track event expenses and support budget management.
• Ensure all event materials and on-site presentations are consistent with AlphaESS brand guidelines.
• Support event promotion through email invitations, social media announcements, partner communications and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate event registrations, attendee lists and customer communications before and after events.
• Work with Sales to capture, organise and follow up on event-generated leads.
• Assist in preparing post-event reports covering attendance, leads, expenses, feedback and event performance.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns, product promotions and brand awareness initiatives as required.
• Support the coordination of marketing assets and promotional content for sales and channel activities.
• Monitor relevant industry events and identify opportunities for AlphaESS to increase brand exposure and market engagement.
