Job summary

R Beauchamp Sheet Metal in the Sutherland Shire is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our family-run team on a full-time basis. We specialise in quality aluminium, stainless steel and custom fabrication for architectural and structural work, with a variety of projects and a focus on workmanship.

You will weld, fit and assemble across diverse jobs. If you have proven welding experience, strong aluminium and stainless fabrication skills, and can read drawings with excellent attention

• Ability to read and work from drawings.
• Excellent measuring, fitting and finishing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Sutherland Shire | Full-Time | $40-$50 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our established team.

We specialise in quality aluminium, stainless steel and custom fabrication, with a variety of projects including architectural and structural work.

If you’re reliable, take pride in your workmanship and have excellent attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Working across a variety of projects including:

• Aluminium fabrication

• Stainless steel fabrication

• Custom and one-off fabrication

• Architectural metalwork

• Structural steel work

• Welding, fitting and assembly

You’ll Need

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication

• Strong aluminium and stainless steel fabrication skills

• Ability to read and work from drawings

• Excellent measuring, fitting and finishing skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift licence preferred

What We Offer

• $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience

• Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm

• Friday: 6:00am-12:00pm

• Early finish every Friday

• Stable, ongoing full-time work
