Job summary

Fusion Qld is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our Noosaville team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hands-on role covers picking, packing, stock handling and dispatch, with daily tasks aligned to ensuring accurate customer orders and timely deliveries.

You’ll work Monday to Friday in a practical, team-focused environment where accuracy and reliability are valued. forklift experience and MYOB Acumatica familiarity are preferred but not essential.

The Role – Hands-On & Varied

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Receiving deliveries and putting away stock

• Loading and unloading incoming goods and containers

• Preparing orders for freight collection

• Using warehouse systems to process orders and stock movements

• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical work, managing competing priorities and working efficiently without compromising accuracy.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must-Haves:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment

• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

• Good attention to detail and pride in accurate work

• Confidence using computers and warehouse systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

• A positive, practical attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Bonus Points For:

• A current forklift licence (desirable, not essential)

• Experience with counterbalance or reach forklifts

• Experience using MYOB Acumatica or similar warehouse systems

• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control

• Experience coordinating freight and dispatch
