• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices.

Nover & Co Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian family company and a leading Kitchen & Joinery Wholesale Supplier, with branches across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT.

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our committed and dedicated Townsville (Garbutt) team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

• Process customer stock orders using company software systems
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Control and manage inventory using company systems
• Maintain a clean, organised and tidy warehouse at all times
• Participate in branch stocktakes
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Follow directions from management
• Adhere strictly to company WHS policies, procedures and safety culture
• Full compliance with company policies and procedures

As Required – Internal Sales Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service (phone and face-to-face counter sales)
• Liaise with both trade and retail customers
• Data entry of customer orders, raise invoices and maintain databases
• Handle sales enquiries via phone, email and fax

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in the kitchen, hardware or trade sales industry (highly regarded)
• Forklift High Reach Licence – essential
• Current manual driver’s licence with a clean driving record – essential

Hours of Work

Shifts will fall between 6:30am and 4:30pm, varying according to workload.
