Job summary

Hunter Ability Support in Cessnock is seeking female Disability Support Workers to join our SIL team for inactive overnight shifts. You will provide trusted overnight care, support personal needs and follow detailed care plans.

We value reliability, experience in SIL, and ability to document clearly. Catheter experience and supporting non-verbal participants are highly regarded, and a current First Aid/CPR and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• NDIS check and current First Aid/CPR required.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent experience.
• Driver's licence required.
• Experience in SIL or disability support and with catheters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight SIL support per individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care and observations.
• Accurate documentation and incident reporting.

Female Disability Support Worker - SIL Inactive Overnights | Cessnock

Hunter Ability Support is looking for reliable and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our SIL team in Cessnock.

We are currently recruiting for inactive overnight/sleepover shifts.

What we're looking for

• Reliability is a MUST

• Experience in SIL or disability support

• Experience with catheters highly regarded

• Experience supporting non-verbal participants highly regarded

• Confident with personal care and following support plans

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Willingness to complete participant-specific training

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• First Aid & CPR

• Driver's licence

• Relevant qualifications (certificate III or IV) and/or disability support experience

Permanent Part-Time opportunities may be available following successful completion of probation.
