Job summary

Petstock Robina is seeking a passionate Casual - Retail Superstar to join our team on approximately 15-20 hours per week. Flexible hours include mid-week, weekends and public holidays to match store opening hours.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate customers on pet care, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and sales drive.
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with customers.
• Educate customers on pet care and products to support purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions and help achieve store sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure stock is replenished promptly.

We are looking for Casual - Retail Superstars for approximately 15-20hrs per week - Flexibility and ability to work across our Opening Hours (Including - Mid-Week, Weekends & Public Holidays.)

• Experience in a similar retail environment
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
• Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
• Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current

• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
