Job summary

Petstock Robina is seeking a Casual - Retail Superstar to join our passionate team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers find the best pet care products, and contribute to a friendly, high-energy store environment.

With 15–20 hours per week, you’ll work across opening hours including mid-week, weekends and public holidays, bringing enthusiasm, reliability and a love for pets to every shift.

Qualifications

• Passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment similar to our stores.
• Proven drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team.
• Physically fit to lift products up to 20kg.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions with customers.
• Educate customers on pet care and products to guide purchases.
• Complete sales transactions and strive to meet store sales goals.
• Maintain high store presentation and stock replenishment.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on pet care, products and services.
• Contribute to a fun, supportive store culture with a safety mindset.

We are looking for Casual - Retail Superstars for approximately 15-20hrs per week - Flexibility and ability to work across our Opening Hours (Including - Mid-Week, Weekends & Public Holidays.)

Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock

Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current

Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day

Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
