Job summary

Petstock is seeking a passionate team member to deliver exceptional customer service and knowledgeable pet product guidance at our NSW store.

You will engage with customers, drive sales, and maintain an inviting store environment while upholding safety and teamwork values.

Qualifications

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
• Physically able to lift products and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
• Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets through knowledge you gain.
• Complete memorable sales transactions and strive to reach store sales goals.
• Maintain a consistently high store presentation and ensure new stock is displayed and replenished promptly.
• Demonstrate initiative by keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
• Contribute to a fun, supportive in-store culture where the team loves coming to work.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and contribute to a culture of safety within the team.
