Job summary

Programmed is seeking experienced Plant Operators for Central West NSW. You will work across civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects, operating large gear in high-production environments. This role requires RII competency, valid tickets, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with screen changes and general plant maintenance
• Fix grease lines and perform basic mechanical tasks
• Keep machines clean and presentable on site
• Ensure all work meets mine site safety and compliance standards
• Support civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing operations
• Manage routine checks on crushing and screening plant

Experienced Plant Operators | Central West NSW

Working with a well-established civil and crushing contractor, these roles will see you working across a variety of civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects.

We are not looking for entry-level operators - this role is suited to operators who are confident running large gear in high-production environments & who are ready to get stuck in ASAP.

We are looking for operators experienced with:

• Excavators (50T+)
• Loaders (large loaders)
• Crushing & Screening Plant

Operators will assist with:

• Screen changes
• General plant maintenance
• Fixing grease lines
• Basic mechanical tasks
• Housekeeping and keeping machinery clean and presentable
• Ensuring all work is completed to mine site safety and compliance standards

About You

• Loader RII competency/ticketing.
• Excavator RII/VOC
• Current driver's licence.
• Clean police check.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
• Commitment to workplace safety and site compliance.
• Additional quarry, crushing and mobile plant competencies.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and fault identification.
