Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services are seeking experienced Plant Operators for multiple sites across Central West NSW. The roles require confident operation of large gear in high-production environments and the ability to join a well-established civil and crushing contractor across varied projects.

Candidates should have excavator RII/VOC, Loader RII, a current driver’s licence, and be able to pass a pre-employment medical. A strong focus on safety, site compliance, and maintenance is essential.

Programmed Maintenance Services – Orange NSW

Experienced Plant Operators | Central West NSW

Working with a well-established civil and crushing contractor, these roles will see you working across a variety of civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects.

We are not looking for entry-level operators - this role is suited to operators who are confident running large gear in high-production environments & who are ready to get stuck in ASAP.

We are looking for operators experienced with:

• Excavators (50T+)
• Crushing & Screening Plant

Operators will assist with:

• Fixing grease lines
• Basic mechanical tasks
• Housekeeping and keeping machinery clean and presentable
• Ensuring all work is completed to mine site safety and compliance standards

About You
To be considered, you will have:

• Loader RII competency/ticketing.
• Excavator RII/VOC
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
• Commitment to workplace safety and site compliance.
• Additional quarry, crushing and mobile plant competencies.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and fault identification.

These positions are best suited to experienced operators who can confidently operate machinery with minimal supervision and understand the importance of keeping production moving safely and efficiently.
