Job summary

Programmed is seeking Experienced Plant Operators to join our civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects across Central West NSW. You will be confident running large gear in high-production environments and contribute to keeping production moving safely.

You will bring Loader RII competency, Excavator RII/VOC, a valid driver's licence, and a commitment to site safety and maintenance. This role offers a 7/7 roster and long-term opportunities with well-maintained plant.

Qualifications

• Loader RII competency/ticketing.
• Excavator RII/VOC.
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
• Commitment to workplace safety and site compliance.
• Additional quarry, crushing and mobile plant competencies.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and fault identification.

Experienced Plant Operators wanted for multiple sites in NSW.

Experienced Plant Operators | Central West NSW

Working with a well-established civil and crushing contractor, these roles will see you working across a variety of civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects.

We are not looking for entry-level operators - this role is suited to operators who are confident running large gear in high-production environments & who are ready to get stuck in ASAP.

We are looking for operators experienced with:

• Excavators (50T+)
• Crushing & Screening Plant

Operators will assist with:

• Fixing grease lines
• Basic mechanical tasks
• Housekeeping and keeping machinery clean and presentable
• Ensuring all work is completed to mine site safety and compliance standards

About You
To be considered, you will have:

• Loader RII competency/ticketing.
• Excavator RII/VOC
• Current driver's licence.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.
• Commitment to workplace safety and site compliance.
• Additional quarry, crushing and mobile plant competencies.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and fault identification.

These positions are best suited to experienced operators who can confidently operate machinery with minimal supervision and understand the importance of keeping production moving safely and efficiently.
