Job summary

Programmed is seeking Experienced Plant Operators for multiple sites across Central West NSW. You will join a well-established civil and crushing contractor, working on civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects.

This role is not for entry-level operators and requires confidence in running large gear in high-production environments. To be considered you will have Loader RII competency, Excavator RII/VOC, a current licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical.

• Loader RII competency and excavator competency are required.
• Current driver's licence is essential.
• Ability to complete pre-employment medical.

Experienced Plant Operators wanted for multiple sites in NSW.

Experienced Plant Operators | Central West NSW

Working with a well-established civil and crushing contractor, these roles will see you working across a variety of civil, earthworks, quarrying and crushing projects.

We are not looking for entry-level operators – this role is suited to operators who are confident running large gear in high-production environments & who are ready to get stuck in ASAP.

We are looking for operators experienced with:

• Excavators (50T+)
• Crushing & Screening Plant

Operators will assist with:

Fixing grease lines

Basic mechanical tasks

Housekeeping and keeping machinery clean and presentable

Ensuring all work is completed to mine site safety and compliance standards

About You

To be considered, you will have:

Loader RII competency/ticketing.

Excavator RII/VOC

Current driver's licence.

Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical.

Commitment to workplace safety and site compliance.

Additional quarry, crushing and mobile plant competencies.

Experience with preventative maintenance and fault identification.

These positions are best suited to experienced operators who can confidently operate machinery with minimal supervision and understand the importance of keeping production moving safely and efficiently.
