Job summary

Everyday Independence in Campbelltown is seeking an Experienced Occupational Therapist to support NDIS participants with life-changing therapy in diverse settings.

This role offers full-time (with part-time or 9-day fortnight options) and a salary of AUD 83,107.90–AUD 108,140.40 per year, including annual leave loading, plus superannuation, vehicle, mobile and laptop, with potential salary boosts up to AUD 10,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• General AHPRA Registration.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings from homes, schools to community venues.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessment to support goals and NDIA funding.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary allied health team.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly hub team meetings and share impact stories.
• Receive mentorship from the Team Leader and clinical supervisor.
