Job summary

Everyday Independence is looking for an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing OT services to NDIS participants. This role can be full-time or part-time (4 days) or a 9-day fortnight, located in North Western Sydney.

The role offers a competitive base salary with annual leave loading, plus options to boost salary through performance bonuses. You’ll work in diverse settings, create therapy plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and build strong relationships with participants

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active AHPRA registration is required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Assess, plan and provide evidence-based occupational therapy to support participant goals and funding.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports (family, carers, friends).
• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in supervision.
