Enhanced Engineering Group Pty Ltd in Carrum VIC is seeking an experienced Laser/Press Brake Operator. You should be confident with fibre laser and CNC press brakes, capable of programming from drawings, and taking ownership on the shop floor.

This role requires immediate start, 6:00 am shifts, and full working rights in Australia. Forklift licence is a plus as the team grows laser and press capacity.

Experienced Laser / Press Brake Operator

Enhanced Engineering Group Pty Ltd – Carrum VIC

Enhanced Engineering is a heavy vehicle engineering shop in Carrum Downs - waste and fleet work, plus a busy laser cut-and-fold side.

We need an experienced operator who can walk in and start working on our laser, our press brake, or both from day one. Either skill - please enquire.

This is not a training role. We won't be teaching you the machine - you already know it. You'll be confident in what you do, make your own decisions and get parts right the first time without being supervised.

The gear

Mostly zincanneal, gal and mild steel, some stainless and aluminium

Keep the press and the floor fed - shop hands load and unload

What we need

Proven, hands-on experience on a fibre laser or CNC press brake, or both - no trainees or apprentices

Able to program, not just load and run

Reads engineering drawings and measures accurately

Stays calm and keeps output up when it's busy

Confident making decisions on the machine - setups, sequences, fixes - without being told

Takes ownership and doesn't need chasing

Good attitude and reliable every day - 6:00 am start

Forklift licence a plus; full working rights in Australia
