Laser Wizard Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturing company in St Marys NSW. We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team on a full-time day shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our brake press equipment and playing a vital part in our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines
• Select appropriate tooling, dies, and bend sequences for each job
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production targets
• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on the brake press equipment
• Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the wider manufacturing team to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and efficiently.

What we're looking for

• Extensive hands-on industry experience operating a CNC press brake
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency to be eligible for this position.
