The role involves working with a Day Shift Production Team, handling a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, and potential to design new products for our food service customers. Shift is 8am–4pm, offering a pathway to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Experienced meat knifehand or portion cutter with good references.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Cut meat primals and portion meat for products.
• Produce gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages.
• Operate and manage a dry ageing chiller.
• Support product development for food service customers.
