Job summary

Colonial Foods in Gosford, NSW, is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver who will join our warehouse team and take on local deliveries in our company van with a manual transmission.

The role requires a current Australian forklift licence, proven forklift and warehouse experience, a valid driver’s licence, and a safe driving record. You will load, unload, pick, pack, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining a tidy, compliant warehouse.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 6am to 2pm.

• Load the company van and complete local deliveries.
• Accurately complete delivery and warehouse paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 6am to 2pm
• Safely load, unload and move stock using a forklift

• Accurately complete delivery and warehouse paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse

To be successful, you will need

• A current Australian forklift licence
• Proven forklift and warehouse experience
• A current driver's licence and the ability to confidently drive a manual van
• A safe driving record
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Careful attention to order accuracy and stock handling

Experience working in food manufacturing, food distribution or a similar environment would be advantageous.
