Job summary

Food FX Australia Pty Ltd – Thomastown VIC is hiring a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator to safely move, store and replenish raw materials and packaging for production.

Role requires hands-on experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts, with strong warehouse skills and a commitment to food safety and workplace safety. Weekly rostered shifts and ongoing work are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Strong warehouse experience including pallet handling and stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts in warehouse and loading areas.
• Receive, move, put away and replenish palletised stock in the correct locations.
• Pick and supply raw materials and packaging to production in line with daily requirements.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Complete general warehouse duties including picking, packing, staging and housekeeping.
• Conduct forklift pre-start inspections and report faults, damage, hazards or stock discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organised and food-safe warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow WHS, food hygiene, quality and site procedures at all times.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily production schedules.

• Ability to perform accurate picking and physically active warehouse duties.
• Strong commitment to safety, hygiene, reliability and accurate work.
• Reliable transport and full Australian working rights.
• Availability to work the weekly rostered shifts, commit to ongoing work and start immediately.
