Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an Experienced Plant Operator for a major civil project in Box Hill. The role involves operating excavators up to 50 tonnes and performing daily pre-start checks on a Western Sydney-based site.

The successful candidate will have Civil or landscaping experience and current SOA or VOC for the machinery, with a strong safety focus and willingness to work overtime. Ongoing work with potential full-time opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Civil or landscaping experience with 3+ years.
• Able to carry out final trim, detailed and bulk work.
• Current SOA or VOC for either machine.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators up to 50 tonne.
• Daily pre-start checks and adherence to safety procedures.
• All aspects of subdivisions works.
• Digging for retaining walls, footpaths, roads, footings, pads and trenches.
• Bulk loading of trucks and stockpile management.
• Final trim and general site clean up.
