Job summary

Atom Resources are seeking experienced Civil Labourers with plant tickets to join major infrastructure projects across Western Sydney. These are long-term roles offering 55-hour weeks including Saturdays.

You will work with leading civil contractors on projects expected to run for 3+ years, with consistent penalties and stable crews on drainage, roadworks, utilities and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience as civil labourer on infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability with trenching, pipelaying and drainage.
• Plant tickets and site-safety awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general civil labouring including trenching and pipelaying.
• Set up and maintain site safety, fencing and exclusion zones.
• Operate civil plant equipment such as HR/MR trucks, backhoe, rollers and dumpers.
• Support crews with pit, reinstatement and service installation works.

Your Role:

General civil labouring – trenching, spotting, pipelaying and dewatering

Setting up and maintaining site safety including temp fencing, exclusion zonesand barriers

Operating civil plant -HR/MRtrucks, backhoe,rollers, dumpers, skid steers, excavatorsor watercarts

Supporting crews on pit & pipe, reinstatement and service installation works

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in civil construction with a flexible attitude to labour and operate
