Oasis Dental Group is seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our Palm Beach and Pottsville teams. A supportive, high-performing dental group values patient care, teamwork and professional development.

In this role you will provide chairside assistance, prepare rooms, follow infection control protocols and support patient communication. You’ll manage stock and maintain records while collaborating with clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.
• Thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential).
• Experience using dental practice management software (advantageous).
