New Farm Dental Studio are seeking a Dental Assistant with around 1-2 years of experience who wants more than a typical role. You’ll work with an experienced, supportive team using modern technology while caring for valued patients.

This four-day position blends chairside assisting with practice support, including two days with the principal dentist and two days as sterilisation, hygiene nurse and floater to ensure a smooth, high-quality daily operation.

The Role

This is a four-day position with a combination of chairside assisting and practice support duties.

Your week will include:

• 2 days working directly alongside the principal dentist
• 2 days as a sterilisation, hygiene nurse and floater throughout the practice

This variety allows you to build strong clinical partnerships while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your contribution will directly influence the patient experience and the reputation of the practice. We are looking for someone who understands that a dental assistant is not simply support staff, but an essential part of maintaining high clinical and professional standards.

• Minimum 2 years of full-time dental assisting experience, including chairside, sterilisation and front desk duties
• Experience with D4W or similar practice software
• Confidence managing daily clinical flow
• Reliable transport
• Australian work rights are required for this position
