Empire Holdings is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team in Brisbane.

This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours per week, with a salary of $79,423 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation. You will work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, ensuring food safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef.
• Experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, season and cook food in accordance with recipes and established standards.
• Monitor the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation.
• Assist in planning and developing menus.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Train and support apprentices and junior kitchen staff.
• Manage stock ordering, stock rotation and inventory control.
