Job summary

Forster Bakehouse in Forster, NSW is seeking an experienced Baker to join our busy bakery team. You will prepare, mix, knead and bake bread, rolls and other products, following recipes and production schedules.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of bakery experience, AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent, and the ability to work early mornings. You will maintain quality, safety and a clean workstation, while collaborating with shop staff.

• Previous experience as a Baker in a retail or commercial bakery environment.
• Strong knowledge of bread production and bakery processes.
• Ability to work early mornings and follow production timelines.
