Job summary

Elite Projex is seeking a proactive Project & Sales Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. This role blends client liaison, design coordination, proposals, and project costings in a fast-paced exhibition environment.

You will manage briefs, schedules, CRM, artwork approvals, and collaborate with designers, suppliers and partners to deliver standout stands across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in exhibitions, events, signage, display or a related creative production industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organisation, communication and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and confident taking ownership of projects.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage competing deadlines and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365, project management systems and Adobe applications.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an exceptional, proactive and highly organised Project & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion.
