Job summary

Expo Centric in Perth is seeking a hands-on Booth & Exhibition Installer to install and dismantle stands, LED screens, vinyl graphics, and branded signage. You’ll collaborate with AV and production teams to ensure precise finishes and site readiness.

With 2+ years in exhibition installation, signage or AV/workshop environments, you’ll read construction drawings, choose vinyl types, and apply materials to varied surfaces while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in exhibition installation or related fields.
• Practical experience with vinyl graphics on walls, panels, glass, or displays.
• Ability to read construction drawings and installation plans.
• Knowledge of vinyl types and application methods.
• Comfort with lifting, rigging, and working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle exhibition stands, booths, displays, staging, and event structures.
• Install vinyl graphics, wall decals, exhibition panel graphics, window graphics, and other branded signage.
• Prepare surfaces for vinyl application, ensuring proper cleaning, alignment, adhesion, and finishing.
• Select and recommend suitable vinyl materials based on surface, environment, durability, and application.
• Apply vinyl graphics accurately, ensuring a professional finish without bubbles or misalignment.
• Assist with installation of LED screens, AV displays, monitor mounts, and other event technology.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, floorplans, graphics layouts, and installation instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and graphics application equipment.
• Assist with lighting, power, basic rigging, and staging as needed.
• Collaborate with Production Staff, Account Managers, Graphics Teams, and Installation Managers.
