Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading installation crews for exhibits and events.
• Hands-on ability with AV systems, LED screens, signage, and vinyl graphics.
• Ability to read construction drawings and floorplans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and dismantling of exhibition stands and structures.
• Oversee AV equipment installation and graphics placement.
• Coordinate with project managers and designers on requirements.
• Train and supervise installers and external contractors.
• Ensure installations meet safety standards and client specs.
• Maintain project documentation and checklists.
