Job summary

Expo Centric is seeking an Installation Manager in Perth to oversee exhibition stands, AV integration, signage, and graphics installations. You will lead installation crews, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership across installation disciplines, strong problem-solving, and the ability to read construction drawings and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation crews, technicians, or onsite teams.
• Hands-on experience with exhibition structures, AV equipment, LED screens, signage, or graphics installations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, floorplans, and graphics installation plans.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and compliance in live event environments.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during bump-in/bump-out periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and dismantling of exhibition stands, event structures, staging, LED screens, AV displays, signage, and graphics.
• Coordinate AV equipment installation, graphics placements, and vinyl graphics work.
• Review drawings and plans to ensure installations meet design specs and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate installation crews and external contractors.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and document progress.
